Meet the Team Meet the Team Harriet Donington Managing Director & VFX Agent In 2010 Harriet set up the VFX division of Sara Putt Associates and spent ten years building it up to establish a hugely successful department. With natural instincts in selecting a roster of premium talent, Harriet is incredibly proud of the high standards, trajectory and success of her clients. Harriet has a proven track record of discovering, nurturing and developing the careers of VFX and post talent. Over the years accumulating a huge array of impressive client credits working with all the major networks and studios. Harriet's love of VFX blossomed in 1996 when she joined Cinesite as a PA. She swiftly joined the business development team and then spent seven years breaking down scripts, negotiating and winning international contracts, building an impressive Rolodex of contacts and acquiring a good eye for talent. Harriet jumped production side for Christopher Nolan’s Batman Begins gaining invaluable physical production experience as the VFX Coordinator. She subsequently returned in-house and work as a VFX Producer and Business Development Producer at various facilities including One of Us, Nvizible and Rainmaker. Karen Payne Post-Production Advisor Having worked on the front line of post-production for the past 12 years Karen has built a fantastic reputation for wrangling complex and challenging projects. With an instinct for talent, she has built solid relationships with networks, studios, international post facilities and most importantly crew at all levels. Karen's ability to nurture and champion individuals means that she is well placed to advise and support the agency in fostering new and emerging post-production crew and HoDs. Marsha Jennings Associate Agent Marsha spent 15 years working as an Art and Photography Teacher at various high schools across London. Inspiring the youth, wrangling educational bureaucracy, and managing parents’ expectations gives her fantastic poise and foundations to become a superb Associate Agent. With her creative flare, calm disposition, and passion for film and HETV, Marsha is a fabulous addition to The VFX & Post Talent family. Stefania Dall'Armi PR Consultant After graduating in Journalism with a first-class degree (Italian being her native language), Stef started her professional career working for CNN as a Video Editor and Sportswriter. She is now studying a Master Degree in Film Production. During the pandemic, Stef helped design and set up The VFX & Post Talent Agency website and inducted the social media presence. Stef works with the agency on a part time basis looking after social media, managing and developing the website, as well as writing press releases and sharing the company news within the VFX world.
